At XOZO.IN, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. As many of our products are made to order or produced specifically for each purchase, we follow the policy below.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.
Please review your order carefully before placing it, including product details, customization information (if applicable), and shipping address.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on delivered orders.
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or production.
Once an order has been processed, customized, printed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item—please contact our support team as soon as possible.
To help us investigate your request fairly, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, missing item, incorrect item, or product-related claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition and continue without any cuts until all contents are fully visible.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review or resolution.
Once we receive your request along with the required evidence, our team will carefully assess the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
